Return and Refund Policy

quality products that meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you are

not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy

below:  


1. Eligibility: - Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original

condition with all tags and packaging intact.  - The item(s) must be returned

within 30 days of the purchase date. - Only items purchased directly from our

website or authorized retailers are eligible for returns. 


2. Return Process: - Prior to returning any item(s), please contact our

customer service team at info@Mozingo.Shop to initiate the return process

and obtain a return authorization. - Include the original invoice or proof of

purchase with your return shipment. - Pack the item(s) securely to avoid any

damage during transit. 


3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via

email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, the

refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the

purchase within 7-10 business days. - Please note that shipping charges are

non-refundable. 


4. Exchanges: - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to

exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and

place a new order for the desired item. 


5. Non-Returnable Items: - Certain items are non-refundable, including but not

limited to underwear, swimwear, and sale/clearance items.  Please check the

product description for specific return eligibility. 


6. Damaged or Defective Items: - In the rare event that you receive a

damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within

five days of receiving the product. - We will provide instructions for returning

the item and, upon inspection, offer a replacement or refund. 


7. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the

customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
